WEBSITE SERVICE
The service that I provide is quite simple. It can be divided into 4 stages. The first is decide on which web design package best suits your needs. The second stage is consultation. the third is Design. the fourth is Build the web site. These stages are outlined below.
Stage One - Decide on your Website Package
It will become clear from our initial conversation which website design package would suit your needs for your website. Depending on the simplicity or complexity of website will effect the final price.
Stage Two - Consultation
Once you have agreed for us to create the website we will have a more detailed consultation which takes about an hour and a half. We will then be able to give you a full quote for the work.
A portion of the quoted fee for the website required as a deposit (min £100) or 25% before work commences. You then do not have to pay anything else until you are satisfied with the completed website and it is on your domain name.
Stage Three - The Design
If it is necessary we can create 2-3 mockup's of the home page. The aim of this is to give you ideas of colours, styles, and formats which can be used on the final website. Once you are happy with the style of the website we then move to the last stage.
Stage Four - Building the Website
I will give you an Internet address so you can watch how the website progresses. Once you are happy with the design, It will be put on to the Internet using your domain name. The whole process from consultation to having Internet presence can take two weeks (depending on complexity and supply of information). However it usually takes anything up to two months, depending on the supply of information and how complex you would like your website to be.
Once it is on your domain name a final invoice will be issued. Payment must be received within 30 days of the date of that invoice.
E-commerce and content management system website can take up to 4 months depending on the supply of information and how complex you would like your shop or website to be.
